With reference to the Advertisement No. 14/2017 Dt, 11.10.2017 for various Non-Teaching positions,

eligible candidates (12 Nos.) as listed in Annexure-I are informed to appear for a Personal Interview for

the post of Assistant Director of Physical Education as per the schedule given in Annexure-I.

The eligible applicants are also informed to bring all testimonials in original (including 'No Objection

Certificate' from their employer and valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate, if not submitted earlier) in support

of their candidature, without which they may not be allowed to appear before the Selection Committee

No TA/DA will be provided for attending the Personal Interview.

Further, a list of the in-eligible applicants (04 No.) IS also given 111 the Annexure-II along with the

reason(s) for not being called.

N.B. Individual Call Letters have already been issued through e-mail to all the eligible candidates. Callletters are NOT sent through any other mode. If any candidate does not receive the call letter(through e-mail), he/she may appear in the Personal Interview on the basis of this notice.
