Latin Style food, customized to the local (Indian) palate, with fresh local produce, ingredients and spices that is prepared quickly yet carefully to provide a fantastic meal at a great price

The menu is written in chalk on a blackboard that is carried from table to table and split into tapas and main dishes.

Tapas would have a variety of Indian style toppings, with three pieces per order, and each generously sized

Main Dishes would be predominantly freshly prepared and perfectly cooked vegetables, meats and pasta’s

Desserts will consist of local fare, as well as Latin style desserts such as Semifreddo and Gelato
