THE TRACK

ROCKAT NORDKETTE SINGLETRAIL

Race date: August 29th, 2015

Location: In no other place in the world, the dividing line between an urban area and a rugged mountain terrain is as close as in Innsbruck. The Nordkette Singletrail sits above Innsbruck‘s rooftops at 1900 metres above sea level. Steep, hard and long would be the best description for the trail designed.

The race starts directly at the Seegrube at 1850m, which means that the whole 4.2 km of the grueling trail are included, featuring roots, cliffs, banks, North Shores and drops! The riders have to overcome 1000m of non-stop freeride terrain before arriving at the finish line at the Hungerburg.
