On Tuesday, November 4th, Benne6 Elementary was pleased to host visitors from surrounding districts as part of the North Texas Regional ConsorBum Site Visits. Benne6 was chosen as the only elementary school in McKinney to host these visits. Our visitors walked through our classrooms and interacted with students and teachers. They were impressed with the learning environment that was evident in each classroom, the posiBve culture, differenBaBon, small group instrucBon, technology integraBon, and student focused learning that was taking place. The North Texas Regional ConsorBum is nine school districts, Allen, Coppell, Frisco, Highland Park, Lewisville, McKinney, Northwest, Plano and Richardson, focused on moving the educaBon system into the future.
