Happy New Year to all Summit Members and Guests! As we welcome in 2020 I wanted to share a quick word of encouragement to everyone about reaching your fitness and wellness goals. As many of you know from what I have shared previously I struggle with my weight and with making good health choices at times but I wanted to report that I lost 30 pounds in 2019. I am continuing my challenge to all of you to exercise, swim, walk and eat healthier and to make this year the healthiest of our lives.Like many of you these daily decisions are hard but I know together with encouragement and accountability we can live a healthier lifestyle in 2020!
