Day 1: Northeast Vietnam Motorbike Tour from Hanoi to Ba Be Lake

Ba Be Lake is a fantastic place to start our first day. With a variety of flora and fauna, the lake has many

interesting geology and landscapes to discover. The caves, valleys, lakes, rivers, and waterfalls here join

roads to begin the journey. Go straight to Ba Be along the old National Highway 3. Stop at Cho Don for lunch.

35km away from Bac Kan to the west, Cho Don has 6 national historic relics, 4 provincial historic ones, and

16 inventoried relics. If you’re not out of energy after that, try out your riding skill with a moderate off-road

to the north. Arrive in Pac Ngoi at 5 p.m., it’s a village of Tay people lies beside the lake. Have dinner and stay

overnight at a house in the village where offers a great view of Ba Be National Park.

is to travel for 85km from Bao Lac to Meo Vac– a charming district capital surrounded by towering mountains.

Go straight to the district for a sooner rest. The other is to ride through a 45km off-road trail that leads to Khau

Vai Love Market – the most exciting and raw ethnic market in the mountains of northern Vietnam, which is

held only once a year. Spend a night in a hotel or a homestay in Meo Vac.

Today we will experience one of the most imposing off-road pathways in Northern Vietnam. From September
