Directions to Bill Aker Baseball Complex

*Use Campus Map on Page 5 to accompany these written directions

From I-275 Eastbound: Take I-275 East to Exit # 76, Three Mile Road / NKU Turn right at end of ramp and follow to first round-a-bout and continue straight on

University Drive Continue up the hill to the second round-a-bout at the intersection of University Drive,

Knollwood Drive, and Johns Hill Road; turn right at round-a-bout onto Johns Hill Road

Continue to first road on right (Campus Drive); turn right onto Campus Drive

At the first stop sign, turn left onto an access road behind left field at baseball

Teams should be dropped off at this location; NKU event management personnel will direct the bus driver to a parking location after dropping team off

From I-275 Westbound Take I-275 West to Exit # 74A, Alexandria Merge onto US 27 and take to sixth stoplight (Martha Layne Collins Blvd.)

Turn right onto Martha Layne Collins Blvd. (next to US Bank)

Follow Martha Layne Collins Blvd. to a round-a-bout; continue straight through round-a-bout onto Johns Hill Road

Continue to first road on right (Campus Drive); turn right onto Campus Drive

At the first stop sign, turn left onto an access road behind left field at baseball

Teams should be dropped off at this location; NKU event management personnel will direct the bus driver to a parking location after dropping team off

From I-471 (coming from downtown Cincinnati) Take I-471 South and stay on I-471 as it becomes US 27

Follow US 27 to the sixth stoplight (Martha Layne Collins Blvd.) Turn right onto Martha Layne Collins Blvd. (next to US Bank)

Follow Martha Layne Collins Blvd. to a round-a-bout; continue straight through round-a-bout onto Johns Hill Road

Welcome & Dugout Set-Up

Northern Kentucky University’s event management staff will welcome your

traveling party upon arrival to the Bill Aker Baseball Complex.

The visiting team dugout is located on the third base side of the facility. Each

dugout will have water and Gatorade coolers provided.

PLEASE OBSERVE THESE RESTRICTIONS

WITHIN THE BILL AKER BASEBALL COMPLEX:

NO TOBACCO PRODUCTS NKU is a tobacco-free campus

NO SEEDS IN THE DUGOUT OR INFIELD Due to the synthetic turf playing surface in the

infield, no seeds are allowed in the dugouts or

infield. Fines will be administered for seed

usage in this area. Seeds are ONLY permitted

in the outfield and bullpens

Locker Room and Shower Facilities

Restroom facilities are located inside Regents Hall adjacent to the Bill Aker

Baseball Complex. There is no designated locker room space for visiting teams.

Shower facilities will be provided in the NKU Cross Country Locker Room at

Regents Hall at the request of the visiting team after the final game of the series.

Visiting team coaches – please contact Chris Hafling (contact information on

page 3) to coordinate shower needs in advance of the game/series.

Laundry Services

Laundry service can be arranged. Please contact Chris Hafling (contact

information on page 3) in advance of the series if you desire laundry services.
