Reason and PrerequisitesThe used URL to Internet Graphic Server (IGS) is not correct, because theexisting implementation relies on the default IGS installation URL. Whenthe IGS is not on the expected endpoint, the graphics could not begenerated.

SolutionUpdate your AS Java to an SP or release where the issue is fixed. See theSP Patch Level section for details and available patches.
