Summary

Symptom The CRM availability check issues message CRM_APO 203 in the error log.

In the long text of the message, the system may display various error

messages:

o LATP 014: "No validation group was specified, ATP check

not possible"

o LATP 016: "Plant does not exist"

o LATP 053: "Batches are not supported (item &1)" "

o LATP 057: "Active ingredient units of measure are not supported

(item &1) "

o V1 391: "Material &1 does not exist in plant &2 / country &3"

o 6P 000: " :6P:000 "

o V1 312: "Sales document type & is not defined"

o V1 347: "Transaction &1 &2 &3 is not defined"

Reason and PrerequisitesCustomizing is missing in the R/3 system:

1. The CRM order type does not exist in the R/3 system.

2. The schedule line category that was found is not relevant for the

availability check.

3. The system did not find a requirements class that is relevant for the

availability check and the transfer of requirements.

4. You did not create the sales views of the material in the R/3 system

in the language used for the RFC connection.

5. An ATP check is run for the item although the material is deliberately

or inadvertently not relevant for ATP.

Restrictions for using the ATP check (see Note 624992):

6. You change the item category in the CRM system. The new item categoryis relevant for ATP whereas the previous one was not relevant for ATP.

data from the CRM system. Note 860196 provides a modification for this

that triggers a new availability check in the R/3 system.

If the system issues an error message when you try to run an ATP check

for the material, then a relevant entry may be missing from the

material master. On the tab page "Sales: General/Plant", you must make

an entry in the "Availability check" field (MARC-MTVFP).

Restrictions for using the ATP check (see Note 624992):

6. Note 624992 contains a list of the restrictions under which local ATP

can be used. Another restriction is that only a limited number of

fields are transferred from the CRM system to the R/3 system when you

execute the ATP: Order type, sold-to party, product, quantity and

customer. The item category is not transferred, but is determined in

each case from Customizing in the R/3 system.

7. By means of the modification in Note 873025, the local ATP checks theavailability taking the batch and the weight of the item into account.

However, this information must be provided by the CRM system to the

R/3 system.

8. The ATP check for active ingredient units of measure is not supported

in CRM. See Note 1099813 also for information about this.
