• Eli Barnard praises God that his foot is healed • A friend had premature twins who are now at Cincinnati

Hospital. Prayers for full health for both babies. • Kellis Smith, diagnosed with cancer. Biopsy results in two

weeks. Prayers that it is treatable. • Dale “Pat” Merritt, undergoing intense chemo. • Jim Rosendahl, praying unashamedly for a miracle. Prayers

also for Jeanne and family. • Week of February 16

• Jim Rosendahl: for answers and hope • Virginia Simison: fell at nursing home Friday night and has a

broken wrist, 2 broken ribs, a brain bleed, and other injuries • Kim Stevens: having a procedure done at Adena on Tuesday • Praise for Pastor Joe and Tina’s 11th anniversary on

Valentine’s Day • A son entering a 30 day rehab program for alcohol recovery • Eli Barnard : broken foot • Evelyn Grace Spencer was born on Wed 2/12, weighting

Jesus’ Words of Life Bible Study: We will be offering a Lenten Study on each of these passages of Scripture on Tuesday nights at 6:30pm in the Mark House for 5 weeks, beginning on Tuesday, March 3rd – through March 31st.

Kairos Prison Ministry: Please take a moment to write an inspiring note, a Bible verse, or a prayer on the strip in your bulletin and put it in the offering plate. These are used during the weekend to form a chain around the room as encouragement for those on the walk. Please drop off baked items at the church between March 1st and 3rd.

One Flesh Bible Study: Brian Dunham, Pastor at Madison Mills, will begin a 6 week Bible study on Sexuality, Scripture, and the Church. This is a combined Bible Study for all UM Churches and friends. Sunday Evenings from 7:30pm - 9pm, March 1st - April 5th from 7:30pm - 9pm in the Library/CR. Please use the North St entrance as there is a function in Fellowship Hall.

Card Creation Ministry: We are making Easter greeting cards for our shut-ins and nursing home friends. We will meet in the Mark House on

Wednesday March 11 at 1:30pm to make around 50 cards. Expect to have Fun, Fellowship, and to be Faithful to our Friends. Please bring your scissors and if you have any card craft supplies that you want to share, bring them also. Supplies WILL BE provided; however other ideas are welcome.

Lenten Luncheon Reservations: Make sure to get your reservations to the church office by 2pm on Friday.

Weekly Grace Church Email - We have a Monday email that goes out to all that want to receive it. If you are not receiving it and want to be, please fill out the green connect card and put it in the offering plate.

Childcare during 10am service: childcare is available downstairs for Nursery through Pre-K children, but also for ANY older children who can’t sit through the service or just need a break. Downstairs will be children of all ages with plenty of supervision, snacks, toys, etc. There is also an activity cart in the Narthex filled with activities for those in the worship service. Feel free to use anything on the cart and return it at the end of worship.

Next Sunday: Join us next week (Sunday, March 8th) for our worship service at 10am (Sunday School at 9am). We will be continuing the Lenten series Jesus’ Words of Life. Please read Matthew 10 in preparation for Sunday.
