    NOTICE FOR 2ND YEAR TO 5TH YEAR STUDENTS

    The students are informed that the Law School will re-open on Thursday,

    the 4th August 2011.

    1. They should bring along with them the following documents on 4 thAUGUST 2011.

    1. AFFIDAVIT DULY FILLED IN BY THE STUDENT (in the prescribedformat)

    2. AFFIDAVIT DULY FILLED IN BY THE PARENT (in the prescribedformat)

    3. RE-REGISTRATION FORM (in the prescribed format)

    They are required to complete their Re-registration formalities and submit theAffidavits with their respective teacher-in-charge mentioned below by 4th and 5th

    August 2011.

    2nd year (A)/ (B) - Dr. Susmitha P. Mallaya/Ms. Neelam Tyagi

    3rd year (A)/(B) - Ms. Purnima Gupta/Mr. Ashutosh Raj Anand

    4th year (A)/(B) - Dr. Pallavi Gupta/ Ms. Nisha Dhanraj

    5th year (A)/(B) - Mr. Rajesh Kumar/Dr. Tapan Kumar Chandola

    2. The annual fee as mentioned below should be paid through a Demand Draft

    in favour of AMITY LAW SCHOOL payable at DELHI on or before 17th

    August 2011. The Batch-wise Fee Details are given below:

    2010 Batch (2nd year) : Rs. 48,500/-

    (Rupees Forty Eight Thousand and Five Hundred only)

    2009 Batch (3rd year) : Rs. 48,500/-

    (Rupees Forty Eight Thousand and Five Hundred only)

    2008 Batch (4th year) : Rs. 39,000/-

    (Rupees Thirty Nine Thousand only)

    2007 Batch (5th

    year) : Rs. 39,000/-(Rupees Thirty Nine Thousand only)

    Students will be required to pay late fee after 17th August. However, if the fee is

    not paid on or before 24th August, their names will be struck off from the rolls.

    Students may also take note that in case of any enhancement of the fees by IP

    University, they will be required to pay the differential amount later on.

    3. The Attendance and Discipline Rules for the new session will be displayed on

    the notice board and the website. Every student is required to carefully go

    through the rules and comply with them to avoid any disciplinary action or

    inconvenience arising out of ignorance of rules.

    4. The students of 5th year should indicate and register for two Optional Subjects

    out of the three mentioned below. They should finalise their choice of optional

    subjects latest by 9th August 2011 failing which the school will allocate the

    subjects. No change of subjects will be permitted after that.
