Written Statement for Change of Use & Liquor License

55 Weidlich Rd Eltham North, 3095, Victoria

The proposed operation is as follows:

1. Change of use from milk bar to cafe/restaurant 2. Currently it is open from 6am to 4pm 7 days a week. Current peak times are 11.30am

to 2.00pm (weekdays and weekends). 3. Proposed Liquor License will extend hours on Thursday,Friday, Saturday & Sunday from

6pm to 11pm and served during those times inside only. Proposed peak times are 7.00pm to 8.30pm.

4. Liquor will be served during the following times: 11am - 11pm 7 days a week. 5. Currently maximum number of patrons are 76 inside and 11 outside as per seating

plan 6. The proposed application will have the same number of patrons as existing 7. There are currently 5 staff members working on weekends and weekdays 8. The type of liquor license is for a cafe/restaurant 9. Currently rubbish is collected twice a week. Thursday & Friday at 6pm approx. 10.Loading of goods is approx once/twice per day, 4 days per week, duration of

maximum 5 mins per operation. Please refer to plan showing location of loading.
