PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure on a parcel and sale

entered in the above-entitled action on February 16, 2012, in the amount of $874,752.32 plus

interest thereon upon a certain mortgage executed by defendants to the plaintiff, the undersigned

Sheriff of Juneau County, Wisconsin, will sell at public auction on April 24, 2012, at 10:20 a.m., at

the Juneau County Sheriff's Department, lower lobby, 200 Oak Street, Mauston, Wisconsin, the real
