A part of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter (NW ~ SE ~) ofSection 24, Township 14 North, Range 5 East, Juneau County, Wisconsin,more particularly described as follows: commencing on the West line of saidforty 746 2/3 feet South of the NW corner of said forty; thence East at rightangles 420 feet to an iron stake; thence South parallel with the said West line230 feet to an iron stake; thence West at right angles to the West line of saidforty 420 feet to an iron stake; thence North along the said West line to theplace of beginning.

"12"; thence N89°13 '30"W, 907.52 feet parallel with the East- Westone-quarter line of said Section 24 to the point of beginning; thencecontinuing N 89°13'30" W, 384.58 feet parallel with the East-West one-quarter line of said Section 24 to a point on the North-South one-quarter lineof said Section 24; thence N 3°03 '30"E, 173.09 feet along the North-Southone-quarter line of said Section 24 to the center of said Section 24; thence S89°13 '30"E, 377.68 feet along the East-West one-quarter line of said Section24; thence S 0° 46'30" W, along the East-West one-quarter line of saidSection 24; thence S 0046'30"W, 173.09 feet to the point of beginning.
