Nous observons de plus en plus un soin de la part de l'investisseur pour l'efficacité thermique de leurs bâtiments. Il y a quelques années nous pouvions faire une distinction entre les investisseurs bulgares et étrangers concernant la qualité des matériaux et des procédés utilisés lors de la construction en faveur des clients européens, aujourd'hui nous sommes témoins de l'unanimité de tous les acteurs dans le procès de réalisation d'un projet sur la nécessité d'investir dans l'usage rationel de l'énergie.

The construction projects executed by Stroy-consult fully correspond to the requirements of our clients. We use insulation materials, hanging ventilation facades, modern installations for the limitation of the energy consumption.Nowadays the investors are more and more concerned about the about the thermo effectiveness of the buildings. A few years ago there was a difference between the Bulgarian and the foreign investors with regard to the quality of the materials in use and the construction procedures applied. It was certainly in foreign companies favor. Today all the participants involved in the realization of a construction project unanimously agree about the necessity of making investments in the rational utilization of energy.

Le centre logistique Interlogistica inclut en soi un entrepôt, deux rampes, une partie administrative. La construction de l'entrepôt est en métal et celle des bureaux est en béton armé. L'administration a quatre niveaux. Une isolation thermique avec de la laine minérale d'une épaisseur de 100 mm sont utilisés pour revêtement de tout le bâtiment. Le toît est en tôle – LT et une isolation en laine minérale de 120 mm. Les fenêtres sont en PVC. Les installations concernant le chauffage et la ventillation sont les suivants: - une installation pour refroidissement de l'eau;- une installation pour rechauffement de l'eau et un réservoir/chaudron à pétrole brut- une installation pour rechauffement de l'air de la surface de l'entrepôt, isolée par de l'isolation thermique d'une épaisseur de 1,3 cm „K-Flex“- une installation pour la climatisation et la ventillation des bureaux et des locaux sanitaires .

The Logistics Centre of “Interlogistica” includes a warehouse, two loading platforms and administrative part. The structures fulfilled are the following: the structure of Warehouse is metal, the one of the administrative building is made of reinforced concrete and it is constructed on four levels. The whole building is clad with thermo panels, thickness 100 мм. The roof is made of trapezoid sheet iron and mineral wool insulation 120 мм. The joinery is РVС. The installations for the heating and ventilation are the following: - Water cooling aggregate- Boiler installation and diesel reservoir- Air conditioning heating installation for the warehouse. The pipes of the installations are insulated with „K-Flex“ thickness1,3 см.- Air conditioning and ventilation installation for the administrative building and the sanitary premises.

Toutes les installations thermiques et de climatisation sont alimentées par les systèmes suivants:- Régime d'hiver: alimentation des convecteurs et des radiateurs à eau chaude. Température de l'eau 60/70 degrés C rechauffée par un chaudron ainsi que par de l'eau à 45/40 degrés rechauffée par un système de pompe à eau thermique durant les saisons de printemps et d'automne/- Régime d'été: Alimentation des convecteurs par une centrale a refroidissement de l'eau qui assure de l'eau froide de 7 à 12 degrés.

Les installations réalisées ont passé les essais nécessaires.

All HVAC installations are fed by the following systems : Winter regime: supply of the convectors and radiators with hot water -70/60° C from diesel boiler and water - 45/40° C from a thermal pump for the transitional seasons.Summer regime: supply of the convectors with cold water 7/12 C form a water cooling station. The fulfilled installations have passed all the technical tests required.
