Indeed, the actual aim tends to limit the fossil and polluting energy consumption, or to fi nd out new solutions in order to compensate the consumed energy by renewable way. This approach combined with the energy management will allow, over time, the limitation of the environmental impacts.

Novea Energies realizes internal illumination studies in order to optimize the number of products/illumination level ratio.The illumination levels listed have been measured and certifi ed in CSTB Photometric laboratory.

As a specialist of solar powered lighting systems, Novea Energies has its own design offi ce, composed of specialized Engineer.Novea team is available for its customers for support at each step of the project, before and after sales.
CUSTOMER SERVICE :In order to determine the maximum lighting duration per night and the operating autonomy, Novea Energies realizes an energetic analysis according to the location of installation.Novea Energies uses high precision sizing software, that ensures a long-term operation of its systems.

Novea Energies is a French company that was created in 2007. It specializes in the development and manufacture of energy-autonomous lighting solutions, satisfying off-grid lighting needs of local authorities and companies sensitive to energy problems and their environmental consequences.
Consequently, Novea Energies has developed a range of solar powered lighting solutions enabling lighting and security to be provided where there is no main electricity or when it is diffi cult to put it into use.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY 100% autonomous electricity generation is provided by solar panels. Downlighting and presence sensor limit the light pollution. 0 CO2 grams production during operation. No needs for heavy work as trench work, demolition : a simple ground anchorage is enough.

LED LANTERN
HIGH EFFICIENCY SOLAR PANEL
The cast aluminum Led lanterns, made in France, are fi tted with a fl at tempered glass diffuser that mechanically protect the Led and insure the optical from dirt. Novea Energies‘s lanterns complies with IP66 sealing standards, and with IK08 mechanical strength standards. In addition, ULOR standard that is close to zero on these post lights contributes to reduce the light pollution.
These lanterns have been designed and manufactured to integrate high power Leds, and to improve their service life.
The high quality Leds used by Novea Energies have been designed to bring a higher energetic effi ciency and longer service life: the ceramic encapsulation and the patented surfaces between the Led and its support optimize the thermal dissipation of the Led.
The LED internal refl ector treatment allows keeping a constant light fl ux.
Novea Energies sorted very selectively the LEDs to ensure a homogeneous lighting for each LED and a higher energetic effi ciency.
The patented heat sink allows an optimal dissipation of the LEDS heat. It is an integral part of the smelting and is located in the internal part of the lantern (no embedding of the diffuser). The LEDs modules, directly attached on the diffuser, are cooled by the entire upper part of the lantern.
Focus ontechnologies
Novea Energies post lights are fi tted with high effi ciency photovoltaic “back contact cells” solar panels.
The back contact cell is a mono-crystalline cell on which the contacts are attached at the rear of the panel. That offers following benefi ts : effi ciency is improve by 20% for the same surface, compare to a conventional cell, improved effi ciency in low lights conditions, better tolerates high temperatures, uniform appearance and design.
These specifi c characteristics help these kinds of solar panels to be the best solution for off grid areas application.
The materials used for the manufacturing of these modules (fl at tempered glass, anodized aluminum body, weathering resistant junction box…) are a guarantee of weather resistance.
SOLAR PANELS INCLINATION AND ORIENTATIONIn order to optimize the energy production, the solar panel inclination will be adapted to the geographical location of installation. Some examples :oo France, UK, Germany: 65°oo North Africa: 55°oo Middle East: 45°oo Equatoriale Africa: 20° to 30°
The orientation of the solar panel is strictly independent from the light orientation. The solar module allows a 360° orientation.

PRESENCE SENSOR
Novea Energies has designed its LED lanterns in order to integrate a motion sensor. This sensor is discreet and perfectly fit with the light.Its 110° detection angle catch movements from 6 to 10 meters on each sides .

The sensor designed by Novea Energies is waterproof (IP68)to resist to external constraints.

OPTIMIZED BATTERIES MANAGEMENTBased on its extensive experience, and thanks to the closepartnerships developed with the CEA laboratory, Novea Energies perfectly masters technologie and managment of its batteries. Using wellrecognized brands batteries coupled with the conception of a precise electronic regulation device guarantees an important quality and service life of the system.The AGM or Gel technologies used for our products perfectly fitted with remote sites application. The pre-wired batteries are integrated in the bottom of the mast, which ensures simple and safe installation.In order to optimize batteries operation, it is important to use a precise electronic device. That is why Novea Energies has developed its own electronic device that guarantiees the following functions :oo battery temperature control,oo load voltage adjustment, regarding to the temperature,oo switch the load off with high temperatures,oo security mode activates if battery voltage is low.
Novea Energies allows discharge rates per night (energy consumption per night) between 5 and 20% of the global battery capacity. This produces the following benefits :oo long service life : 5 years and over (to be confi rmed in function of
geographic area),oo long operating autonomy : 3 to 14 days of operation for a fully
loaded battery.
Novea Energies manages these discharge rates with :An internal clock system : fl exible programming system depending on the maximum lighting capacity per night (with discharge rate < to 20%),An integrated presence sensor system, that signifi cantly limits the consumption (we will explain it in maximum crossing per night).

The Made in France and high quality steel masts are calculated for all our systems in order to comply with EN40 and BS5649 wind resistance standards. Novea Energies provides calculation notes on these mechanical resistances, and for the concrete bulk.
