For example, the Advanz™ e170 featured in the Range Rover XJ model reduces the thickness of the body-side to 1.1 mm, 27 percent thinner than the old models while enlarging the single piece. If OEMs require advanced formability, Advanz™ e200 can meet higher requirements for exterior structure, while Advanz™ s200 is one product for inner-doors that has met BWM standards. Advanz™ s200 is also weldable without filler metal - the result of Novelis’ pioneer initiative in developing a new remote weldable aluminum alloy that is specifically designed for applications in body structure based on the Fusion Technology.
