An interacti ve and informati ve four day festi val, the Palm Springs Internati onal Health & Fitness Festi val will showcase a Desert CrossFit challenge, cultural programs, holisti c therapies, sustainability, fi t’n healthy kids, acti ve living, medical resources plus breakthrough programs that encourage and support individuals and families to make healthy lifestyle choices.
Health seekers can visit with informati ve holisti c and wellness experts and enjoy classes on nutriti on, fresh juicing or visit the cultural center and experience the history and spiritual healings from the Cahuilla Band of Indians.
Tasti ng Adventures include a wide variety of organic and healthy sampling, the perfect opportunity to discover organic wines complimented with delectable farm fresh specialti es from local restaurants. Att endees will enjoy lively music and a magnifi cent view of Mount San Jacinto from the comforts of the Palm Springs Air Museum.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS
This interacti ve and informati ve festi val is directed at the 443,000 residents living in the Coachella Valley as well as the visitors from across the globe that frequent Palm Springs during our high season. Our festi val will appeal to individual and families who are looking for fun and healthy acti viti es. Young and old alike can partake in the CrossFit acti viti es, the bicycle agility course or bring their football to have signed by our NFL guests.
DAY 1 - Thursday, Nov 12 – Opening Night Kick Off Party downtown Palm Springs and Festi val Registrati on at the Village Fest on Palm Canyon Drive.
DAY 2 - Friday, Nov 13 off ers Festi val Weekend Pass Holders complimentary experienti al acti viti es throughout Palm Springs including early morning yoga, guided tours in scenic Andreas Canyon, test drive TESLA the all-electric luxury sedan or take a golf swing lesson at the Indian Canyons Golf Resort, and more!.
DAY 3 & 4 – Saturday & Sunday, Nov 14 & 15 (10am – 4pm daily) at the world renowned Palm Springs Air Museum experience interacti ve and informati ve acti viti es, spa treatments, raw food experience, juicing classes, natural pain soluti ons, mindful meditati on and yoga classes, energy conservati on opti ons plus medical and naturopathic soluti ons at over 80 vendor booths. Lively entertainment and magnifi cent views are available while you sample a wide variety of healthy foods and organic wines.
Desert CrossFit will infuse the festi val with a fun, yet challenging fi tness competi ti on for those inclined to climb rock walls and run obstacle courses. Desert CrossFit acti viti es will begin on Friday, November 13 at various Palm Springs locati ons and Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15 at the Palm Springs Air Museum. Parti cipants will compete against others or simply challenge themselves in one, several or all fi tness events!
The Palm Springs Internati onal Health & Fitness Festi val will feature educati onal sessions, keynote presentati ons and interesti ng panel discussions from health and wellness experts from around the globe. Att endees can parti cipate in the Zen Den with mind-full meditati on and yoga, enjoy educati onal seminars on essenti al oils, the myths of organic foods and learn how to make healthy choices for themselves and their family. The younger att endees can join in many acti viti es including the Civil Air Patrol Cadets and “Get in the Pilots Seat” , “Put on the Chef’s Hat” with Chef Daniel and check out their culinary skills or bring their bike and join the Palm Springs Police on the Cycle Agility Course.
