November 2011 Class ListingSchool of the Academics
Spanish. Now offering TWO group classes! Wed. 3:45 grades 1-5,
4:30 grades 6 up $30 for 4 weekly les-
sons. Also available private lessons $25 per hour. School Age
Center BLDG 1300.
School of the Arts
Dance Academy. Tuesdays, Pre-Ballet for 3 to 5 year olds @4pm
& Modern Jazz @ 5pm & Beginning Bal-
let for age 5 + @ 6 pm & Intermediate ballet, for
experienced dancers @ 7pm. Thursdays, Tots Tutus
and Twirls for 1.5 to 3 yrs old @ 4pm & Folkorical for all
ages @ 5 pm.
The academy has begun the choreography in preparation for the
Alice in Wonderland recital spring 2012.
Piano Lessons. Please call 380-7751 for available times. Only
ONE opening on Mondays @ 3:00. timesavailable for home schooled
students.
Musikgarten. Music and Movement Class for Infants through
Pre-School! Wonderful Parent and Me Class.
Two classes on Mondays at 11:30 for Infants under 12 months is
FREE-5 yrs, and 12:30 pm for ages 3-5.
School of Sports
ZUMBATOMIC! More classes added! Fitness designed for KIDS! Class
times are 3:30 ages 4 to 6 &
4:00 pm ages 6 to 10 meeting on Tuesday and Thursday 30 minute
classes. And Tuesdays only 5 pm ages
10+ 40 minute class. All classes are a $35 monthly fee. And
located at bldg 128. Wear athletic clothing and
dont forget your water bottle!
Swimming Lessons at Oasis Pool. Certified Instructors at Oasis
Pool will instruct Swim Lessons including
Bubble Buddies (Infants/Toddlers) and Paddlers
(Toddlers/Preschoolers) as well as lessons for youth at differ-
ent levels. Sign-up at Parent Central early as these fill up
fast!
Karate Classes. Shihan Sharnae Weist. Offering classes for all
levels from beginner, intermediate, and ad-
vanced karate, kenpo, and taekwondo with ages 3-18 years on
Mondays and Wednesdays.

School of Life Skills
Babysitters Course. Wednesdays November 2,9,16,30, 2-4:30. Teens
will get certified in CPR and First Aid.Bldg 1317. Must be present
for all classes to receive certification. FREE
Drivers Education Dec 9-22. $305 includes classroom in Fort
Irwin and behind the wheel in Barstow.
No classes on November 24th. Have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving
Season!
