The Family Conference held the 17th of October, was a total

success. Married couples expressed very positive and favor-

able comments. The issues addressed by the speaker Rev.

Isai Quinonez hit the nail; all the topics were recorded, if

you want a copy of the conference at your convenience just

call 254-756-0052. Some tell me, "pastor, don’t let this one

be the last family conference" of course not, in my mind and

spirit I’m praying for the following family conference and

I’m already giving principle to the formation of another con-

ference as the Holy Spirit guides me.

The family is precious. The social area of the family is an

area often neglected or hidden. We assume that the social

life of the family is being together in an indicated time, but

being together is not necessarily a social time. You can be

together and not cross a single word. You can be together

and stay focused on the TV and not even notice who sits

next to you. You can be together and be with the feeling of

being tied with ropes.
