If you are a new patient, your doctor may have selected the 6-week New Patient Pack (a combination of the 14-day starter dose plus a 30-day prescription of Qsymia).

For continuing patients, your doctor may have prescribed a 30-day supply of Qsymia with a specified number of refills. They may have selected a Titration Pack (a combination of the 14-day titration dose plus a 30-day prescription of the highest dose Qsymia). Remember, the Titration Pack also requires 2 prescriptions.

Locate your prescription in the pharmacy system. Please allow up to one business day for your prescription to be loaded into the system. Complete your order and then track your delivery.

Qsymia can cause serious side effects, including:

Do not get pregnant while taking Qsymia. Do not drink alcohol while taking Qsymia. Do not drive a car or operate heavy machinery, or do other dangerous activities until you know how Qsymia affects you.

Qsymia is a federally controlled substance (CIV) because it contains phentermine and can be abused or lead to drug dependence. Keep Qsymia in a safe place to protect it from theft. Never give your Qsymia to anyone else, because it may cause death or harm them.

Common side effects of Qsymia include numbness or tingling in the hands, arms, feet, or face (Paraesthesia); dizziness; change in the way foods taste or loss of taste (dysgeusia); trouble sleeping (insomnia); constipation; and dry mouth.

These are not all of the possible side effects of Qsymia.

Birth defects (cleft lip/cleft palate). Women who are pregnant must not take Qsymia. If you become pregnant while taking Qsymia, stop taking Qsymia immediately, and tell your healthcare provider right away.

Increases in heart rate.

Suicidal thoughts or actions. Call your healthcare provider right away if you have any of these symptoms, especially if they are new, worse, or worry you: thoughts about suicide or dying; attempts to commit suicide; new or worse depression; new or worse anxiety; feeling agitated or restless; panic attacks; trouble sleeping (insomnia); new or worse irritability; acting aggressive, being angry, or violent; acting on dangerous impulses; an extreme increase in activity and talking (mania); other unusual changes in behavior or mood.

Serious eye problems, which include any sudden decrease in vision, with or without eye pain and redness, or a blockage of fluid in the eye causing increased pressure in the eye (secondary angle closure glaucoma). These problems can lead to permanent vision loss if not treated.

Home Delivery Pharmacy Eligibility Requirements

You must be 18 or older to participate in the Qsymia Advantage Home Delivery Pharmacy Program and receive the requested product.

You must have a valid email address.

The Qsymia Advantage Home Delivery Pharmacy Program is a cash-only program and does not process insurance claims. Patients MAY NOT SUBMIT any purchase made through the Home Delivery Pharmacy program for reimbursement to any state or federal government healthcare program, and it cannot be applied towards my true out-of-pocket expenses.

You must have a prescription for Qsymia submitted to MedVantx by your Healthcare Provider.

You must have a valid physical mailing address in the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The Qsymia Advantage Home Delivery Pharmacy Program requires a valid method of payment, credit or debit card, at time of product shipment. Checks or cash are not acceptable means of payment.

The Qsymia Savings Card

The exclusive Qsymia Advantage pricing is only offered through MedVantx, our certified home delivery pharmacy partner.

Your healthcare provider sends your Qsymia prescription directly to MedVantx. If MedVantx has any questions about your prescription, they will contact you within 1-2 business days.
