SYDNEY TO THE GONG BIKE RIDE—SUPPORTING MS

Trevor Mulligan and Ian Becker are Principal and Assistant Principal at Urunga Public School. They are both keen cyclists and passionate about our local public schools. In November, they will be travelling to Sydney take part in the Sydney to the Gong bike ride. On the day of the ride they will be representing North Coast schools in a team called The Public Education Peloton.

As well as an opportunity to boast about our schools, the ride is a fund-raising venture to help those with Multiple Sclerosis. MS is a disease of the central nervous system affecting more young adult Australians than any other neuro-logical condition. Ventoux Cycles, at Coffs Harbour, have generously donated great prizes for a Guessing Competition. First prize - 'Haro' freestyle BMX bike and helmet, worth $450. Second prize - $200 gift voucher for Ventoux Cycles. Third prize - free bike service, worth $65. Tickets are a bargain at $2 each or a book of 10 for $15. All proceeds from the competition will be going to MS Australia, to support the search for a cure and provide information and advice to people with MS.

Everyone who donates online, at either of the following sites, will receive tickets to the value of your donation. If you are a winner then you will be contacted by email.

All ticket purchases and donations over $2 are tax deductable. If you want a receipt for tax purposes, then you will have to either go to one of the web sites or buy tickets from Trevor or Ian personally.

Please tell your friends about this terrific opportunity to win great prizes and support those with MS.
