At the request of Viking Cruises, eSSENTIAL Accessibility has performed an independent

evaluation of a representative sample of pages in the following digital property against the

38 success criteria included in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level A and AA.

We find that the audited pages meet the requirements set forth by the World

Wide Web Consortium Web Accessibility Initiative. The testing methodology included

automated testing, manual and code level review and testing by individuals with disabilities

using various assistive technologies, including keyboard-only interaction.

These findings are based on audit results of the above digital property as it existed

on March 1st, 2019. Our Client will be responsible to ensure any new content is

compliant with WCAG 2.0 and will work with eSSENTIAL Accessibility to ensure

evaluations are performed on a regular cadence to maintain conformance.

*Client will continue to work with any third-party applications used to ensure they are accessible, as there

are areas of the site, such as the live chat feature that are out of their direct control.
