The following rules and regulations (“Rules”), read together with the ESPA Spa Policy (available at ESPA Reception) (“Spa Policy”) are implemented by ESPA @ Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd ((“ESPA” or (“RWS”)) to provide a safe and pleasant environment within ESPA premises (“Spa”) and to ensure that the rights and privileges of ESPA’s members or guests are protected. Your use of the facilities available at the Spa constitutes your irrevocable and unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Rules and Spa Policy. These Rules and Spa Policy may be amended from time to time, without notice, at the discretion of ESPA. Your use of the facilities at the Spa after any amendment to these Rules or Spa Policy shall constitute your irrevocable and unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Rules and Spa Policy as amended. A. Operation of the Spa

1. The operating hours of ESPA are posted outside ESPA’s premises and available at ESPA’s

website.

2. ESPA reserves the right to amend the operating hours at its sole discretion.

3. ESPA has the right to close all or part of ESPA for any period for any repair and maintenance

work, expansion, or special events, without prior notice. ESPA reserves the right to allow the

private and exclusive use of ESPA by any group of guests.

B. Access to the Spa

1. Subject to the other provisions below, entry into the Spa is restricted to individuals who are at

least 18 years of age, and who are:

(i) Members of the following RWS Invites ESPA Programmes (“Members”) : (a) RWS

Invites ESPA Fitness; (b) RWS Invites ESPA Essence; and (c) RWS Invites ESPA Lifestyle;

(ii) Guests with appointments scheduled for the day (“Guests”); or

(iii) ESPA Guest Pass holders (subject to the terms and conditions of ESPA Guest Pass use).

2. When using any facilities or accessing any treatment rooms, you agree to abide by the specific

rules and regulations posted outside the facilities or rooms.

3. Only Members or guests receiving ESPA Treatments are permitted to access treatment rooms,

ESPA Suites (Beach Villa Suites, Garden Suites or Spa Suites) and Finishing Studio (where

applicable).

4. ESPA reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove from the Spa any person whose conduct

is in breach of these Rules and/or for any other reason which ESPA, in its sole discretion, deems

appropriate.

C. Booking Policy

1. ESPA Treatments

(i) The list of treatments offered by ESPA is available at ESPA’s website (“ESPA

Treatments”), which may be subject to change from time to time.

(ii) Appointments are required to be made in advance for all ESPA Treatments.

(iii) Appointments may be made by phone (+65 6577 8880), email (espa@rwsentosa.com)

or in person at the ESPA Reception.

(iv) ESPA requires appointments to be guaranteed with a credit card.

(v) Guests and Members are to inform ESPA of their health conditions (including

pregnancy) when making the appointment and prior to receiving the treatment.

(vi) ESPA reserves the right to refuse treatment to guests whom ESPA in its sole discretion

determines to be unsuitable for the requested treatment.

2. ESPA Wellness Activity

(i) The list of activities offered by ESPA is available at ESPA’s website (“ESPA Wellness

Activity”), which shall be subject to change from time to time.

(ii) Bookings are required to be made at least 48 hours in advance.

(iii) Guests and Members are required to inform ESPA of their health condition when

making the booking and prior to participating in the activity.

(iv) ESPA reserves the right to refuse guests from participating in the ESPA Wellness

Activity whom ESPA in its sole discretion determines to be unsuitable for the activity.

D. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. ESPA Treatments

(i) Cancellation or rescheduling requests have to be made at least 48 hours prior to the

scheduled appointment, otherwise a 100% cancellation charge will be imposed.

(ii) There will be strictly no refunds or make up sessions or bookings for no-shows.

2. ESPA Wellness Activity

(i) Cancellation of bookings has to be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled

appointment or booking.

(ii) ESPA reserves the rights to, in its sole discretion, suspend Members’ or Guests’ right

to make bookings in the event of multiple no-shows.

(iii) ESPA reserves the right to cancel any scheduled activity in the event there is

insufficient number of participants.

E. ESPA Etiquette

1. Arrival time: Members or Guests are recommended to arrive up to (a) 1 hour before

scheduled ESPA Treatment appointment time; or (b) at least 20 minutes before scheduled ESPA

Wellness Activity. Late arrivals may result in (a) a reduction of treatment time as all treatments

will be completed within the scheduled appointment time; or (b) restriction from taking part

in the ESPA Wellness Activity, whether partly of wholly. No extension of treatment time will be

provided.

2. Use of Mobile Devices and Smoking Policy: Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and

tranquility. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the Spa

is a mobile phone, pager, camera and smoke free zone

3. Attire: Members and Guests are required to be appropriately and decently attired at all times

in the Spa and suitably attired when using ESPA’s facilities or participating in activities.

F. ESPA Guest Pass

1. The ESPA Guest Pass is only available for purchase by Members and/or guests of RWS-operated

hotels.

2. The ESPA Guest pass is available for purchase at $100++ per pass, unless otherwise specified.

3. The ESPA Guest Pass holders shall only be entitled to access the following areas within the Spa:

(i) Crystal Steam Rooms

(ii) Rock Saunas

(iii) Ice Fountains

(iv) Experience Showers

(v) Outdoor Vitality Pools

(vi) Sleep Zone

(vii) Relaxation Lounge

(viii) Forest Onsen-Style Pool

(ix) ESPA Gymnasium

G. Disclaimer and Indemnity

1. Members and Guests are responsible for their own property and belongings, and are advised

not to bring valuables.

2. Insofar as is permissible by applicable law, ESPA shall not be responsible for and shall not be

liable for any damage or loss the Member or Guest may incur, whether such damage or loss is

caused by ESPA’s negligence or otherwise.

3. ESPA reserves the right to claim from Members or Guests, on an indemnity basis, any loss or

damages caused whilst the Members or Guests are in the Spa.
