To AAKRIT DANCE CENTRE Subject: Association with NSIT's Annual
Cultural Festival--MOKSHA Sir/Madam
Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), Delhi, a premier
academic institution of India spread over an area of 145 acres, is
holding its 12th Annual Cultural Festival, MOKSHA from 19th March
to 22nd March, 2015 with an underlying theme, Spectrum of
Symphonies ". NSIT, Delhi is one of the most reputed Tech Schools
in India and holds a 4000+ strong student community and a strong
alumnus network across the globe. With a significant and vibrant
history of MOKSHA, we have evolved and sustained a strong repute as
one of the best cultural festivals in India. With an average
footfall of 10000+ during a period of 4 days of the festival, this
year, with your support and guidance we are determined to make
MOKSHA the most awaited and LOOK-OUT-FOR festival for youth across
the nation. Last year MOKSHA got participation from over 100
colleges in India and more colleges are expected to participate
this year. MOKSHA provides its partners, an invaluable opportunity
for brand visibility and promotion of corporate image among the
inquisitive youth and a chance to increase reach to the masses.
MOKSHA promises a mutually beneficial collaboration, with both
parties gaining from each other with best return on investment
among the college festivals of India. This is made possible through
a holistic approach which includes Competitions, Workshops,
Pro-shows (Performances by professional artists), and Exhibitions,
thereby providing a platform to the budding talents across the
nation and creating a perfect cultural blend. MOKSHA has evolved to
be a distinguishable brand amongst the various cultural festivals
in the country which provides a beneficial opportunity for the
organization to advertise itself and its products.
As an attempt to enhance the overall level of this symposium, we
present the following new and dynamic dimensions this year to
MOKSHA:
1. Live Performance by International Artists 2. Cine Fests
showing movies during the festival 3. Inter-College Sports meet 4.
Rock Show by World renowned bands

DANCE PARTNER
Deliverables from MOKSHA'15 to AAKRIT DANCE CENTRE.
1. AAKRIT DANCE CENTRE will be recognized and promoted through
and through as the DANCE PARTNER for MOKSHA'15.
2. AAKRIT DANCE CENTRE will be regarded as the Title Sponsor of
our dance event,
MUDRA/OORJA
3. AAKRIT DANCE CENTRE will feature in the pre-fest MOKSHA
marketing campaign which may
involve the following activities.
Advertisements in other colleges magazines and through posters
that will be put on their notice boards.
Newspaper inserts pamphlets in students localities in Delhi and
NCR.
4. AAKRIT DANCE CENTREs logo(with link) will be displayed on the
home page of the official website, which witnesses about 1000 views
each day in the month of February and March in form of registration
and participation in online events.
5. AAKRIT DANCE CENTREs name and logo will appear as the DANCING
PARTNER of Moksha on all
the publicity material (online posters and off line posters,
banners, events lists booklet) to be sent to over 500 colleges for
invitation and advertisement.
6. Title sponsorship [against Oorja/ mudra, The Western Dance
Competition] Backdrop will bear the
logo of your organization.
7. Your name will be publicized as an Event Sponsor during 4
days of the fest (19-22 March, 2015) along with other Event
Sponsors. Posters and Banners will bear your logo. In-between
mentions and vote of thanks will be given to your organization
during the event
8. Two additional banners will be installed near the stage to be
provided by you and Two Banners at
prime spot on campus. Posters provided by you will be put up on
all Notice boards in the campus
9. Two Facebook posts on Moksha, NSIT Social Handle as an event
sponsor(https://www.facebook.com/nsitmoksha) and One Facebook post
and article on University Express
[http://www.universityexpress.co.in/delhiuniversity, Oorja's PR
Partner and Delhi's AAKRITgest Youth Media House] will bear a vote
of thanks to the organization in addition to any other description
as provided by you.

10. Individual Promotional Mails and event mails will be sent to
over 800 Western Dance participants on their registered e-mail IDs
and will bear UDC logo and description [content to be provided by
you]
11. We will be pleased to have you as a Judge and the Guest of
Honor for Oorja/Mudra (Will be
provided pickup and full hospitality).
12. Post-fest Slot for the workshop in the college will be given
to UDC. The same can be publicized during the event and on our PR
Partner's Social Media Handle.
13. AAKRIT DANCE CENTRE's logo along with your any initiative
will be published in Intra college
publication.
DELIVERABLES FROM AAKRIT DANCE CENTRE TO MOKSHA15
1. AAKRIT DANCE CENTRE will facilitate the availability of
judges for the event MUDRA/OORJA, as part of MOKSHA15.
2. AAKRIT DANCE CENTRE will provide prizes in kind (in form of
coupons/course concessions etc.) for
the event.
3. A promotional dance performance by your troop on our main
stage, during the competition.
4. AAKRIT DANCE CENTRE will organize Salsa workshop for couples.
The revenue generated from the workshops shall be equally shared
between AAKRIT DANCE CENTRE and MOKSHA
