The NATO Support and Procurement Agency has been the delivery agent of choice for NATO nations seeking to acquire and deploy expeditionary camps for more than 10 years.

NSPA’s Southern Operational Centre (SOC), centre of expertise for this business area, is responsible for managing the acquistion and Follow-on Support (FoS)of deployable facilities, systems and vehicles, including the technical services and support during deployment.

The Acquisition and Contractual Support Branch, based in Luxembourg, is currently implementing the acquisition of several key Capability Packages aimed at providing NATO with additional rapidly deployable camps. Our team is composed of subject matter experts consisting of civil, mechanical, electrical and environmental engineers, in conjunction with technical and support staff, all of whom have a wide range of expertise in defining requirements as well as the development and preparation of statements of work (SOW) related to contingency operations. This team ensures the availability of all necessary project elements to design and acquire deployable camps and support the deployment of NATO contingency operations and exercises.

NSPA has provided several deployable camps and systems to NATO and multiple national customers, and also technical and real-life support to NATO exercises and operations. NSPA also provides technical, contractual, financial, and administrative management support for procurement, technical services and FoS, including level 2 and 3 maintenance contracts related to deployable camps.
