National Training Centers (NTCs) are the products of the strategic partnerships between Saudi Aramco, related government entities and private sectors, which started in 2008. The established NTCs focus on the training of young male and female Saudis and prepare them to join different sectors including Maritime, Aviation, IT, Facility & Hospitality Management, Construction, Oil & Gas, Drilling, Power, and Inspection. The main NTCs’ objective is to provide Saudi market with highly motivated and qualified Saudi workforce.

NTCs Framework NTCs’ Value Proposition

Sponsorship Process

NTCs are state of the art centers offering high standard vocational training programs to sponsored trainees, where training cost is covered by Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and sponsoring companies. NTCs are offering different core training programs/ durations, and award the graduates Associate and National Diploma recognized by Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and other international accreditation bodies. Besides the core programs, NTCs offer short and certification programs. NTCs are driven by the market demand, offering the required skills focusing on both sponsoring companies’ investment in training and the training program recognition internationally.
