BLINDS.Cotton and linen piece goods defined for cutting up for

the manufacture of hemmed or hemstitched handkerchiefs,serviettes; tblecloths, sor window blinds may be admittedunder Tariff tem 105 (n) subject to the following conditions: -

A proportion, not exceeding 10 per cent. of any shipmentof any of the articles named containing less than the pre-scribed number in the piece, will not remove such shipmentfrom the operation of Tariff Item 105(B), provided that . inthe case of-

(a) Handkerchiefs, more than 2 dozen are contained inthe piece;

(b) Tablecloths and serviettes, more than 2 only arecontained in the piece.

This is not to apply to any shipment of piecegoods of different qualities or grades addedtogether, i.e., in a shipment of six differentqualities or grades of serviettes, each qualityor grade to obtain -admission under Tariff Item105 (B) must comply with the provisions set outabove. ,
