Well, as the nights start to get cooler and the county fairs

going that means that the gold year is ending. I had a good

time this year and I hope all of you did also.

At the next meeting Rich will be taking nominations for the

officers for next year. Help the club out and step up with

some new ideas.

Last Months Minutes Kurtly Creek was a nice gathering but there was not a lot of gold. There was two pot luck dinners. There was approximately 30 people there, it was the best outing turn out yet. The pile of dirt was a bit away from the camp area. The claim markers need to be re-done. The Road Clean-Up will be on September 5th. There will be a breakfast after wards. It will be at 9:00 am. So far the Turkey Shoot will be on the 14th or 21st of November. The Christmas Dinner will be on the 12th (we hope) of December. Next month will be the start of nominations for next years officers. We are checking on some new claims for next year.
