At Adena, CNPs often work in a family medicine setting and serve as a patient’s primary healthcare provider. In this capacity, they collaborate closely with doctors to coordinate all aspects of your care, including referrals to specialists as needed. While the majority of CNPs work in family medicine, they can also specialize in other areas such as cardiology, orthopedics, oncology, pain management, OB/GYN, and more. Many of our nurse practitioners offer expanded scheduling options, including evening and weekend appointments. What Services Do CNPs Provide?
