• Once per semester in each colleges. • Talks and presentation on various
health & nutrition topics and a Question & Answer Session regarding the topic will be followed.
Nutrition and Health Check Activity– Free Body Composition Analysis using Tanita BC-601 Segmental Body Composition Analyzer and SECA 217 Stadiometer - (Portable Height Scale) and Nutrition Counseling.
The machine can measure the following:

SUPERFOODS are nutrient powerhouses that pack large doses of antioxidants, polyphenols, vitamins, and minerals. Eating them may reduce the risk of chronic disease, and prolong life, and people who eat more of them are healthier and thinner than those who don't.
SUPERFOODS are nutrient-rich foods considered to be especially beneficial for health and well-being.
