SORTSTAR™

BOTTLE UNSCRAMBLER

The Capmatic® SortStar™ bottle unscramblers are designed to handle a wide range of plastic bottles and to simplify change-overs. Using centrifugal disks and adjustable guides, most bottles can be run on this machine with-out change parts. All mechanical adjustments are equipped with numeric counters for easy, repeatable changes. As optional, most adjustments can be achieved via the operator touch screen interface.

CLEANSTAR™ INLINE | ROTARY BOTTLE AIR-RINSE SYSTEMS

Capmatic’s inline and rotary bottle air rinsers are designed to be easily integrated into existing or new bottle packaging lines. These systems are equipped with HEPA1 �ltration to rinse both plastic and glass bottles.

Applications: Vials | Round | Oval | Square | Rectangular BottlesSpeed*: Up to 300 BPM**

COTTONSTAR™ AUTOMATIC COTTON INSERTER

The CottonStar™ is designed for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications. It is manufactured to be a tool-less change-over system and is capable of producing multiple inverted U-shaped insertion.

Applications: Round | Square | Rectangular Bottles

BANDSTAR™

Capmatic® designs two neck banding systems to meet standard and high-speed production. These systems are capable of neck banding and full-sleeve banding.

Applications: Round | Square | Custom Shaped BottlesSpeed*: Up to 300 BPM**

BUFFERING TABLE

Capmatic® custom builds many bi-�ow accumulation tables. These systems are manufactured on heavy duty stainless steel frames and can be modi�ed with a variety of options and required accumulation time.
