DESCRIPTION
Nutritional guidelines are of universal need and relevance. Who creates our national guidelines in the United States and by what process? What are the incentives involved and who are they motivating to do what? This is the visual portion of my presentation of my research on the history of nutritional guidelines and their influence on the billion dollar food industry as well as the population at large.
