Women, pillars of the economyThe Single Club of San Marino has the pleasure to invite all the Soroptimists of Europe to celebrate together the 11th edition of the “European Days of Meetings and Friendship 2019”, in the Republic of San Marino, September 13, 14, 15 2019.

This will be the occasion of an extraordinary importance to strengthen and promote the dialogue and cultural exchange among the European nations and among Soroptimists from all European countries to reaffirm the central role of culture, of friendship, of the role of women in the European society, convinced that they are, and that they make the difference.

Our country will present itself as an extraordinary choral narration that gives a good idea of its being the Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

We are preparing an extremely varied cultural offer, with a calendar of events inside the territory of San Marino and in the nearby Italian regions: visits and events on the topic of the role of women, the topic deeply linked to the values of culture and of the historical and artistic identity of Europe, in forms and ways that we will have the opportunity to know and to examine, in a country which, however, among its excellences boasts various important entrepreneurial figures.

As always, the European Days will promote the planning drawn up by Soroptimists, and will continue to strengthen the close link among them and their cultural identities.

We look forward to seeing you in the oldest Republic in the world, among its ramparts, its shaded contradas, its past- but still present history.
