• Engineering Design of all Improvements• Procurement and Construction of Vehicle Processing Center (approx. 55,000 sf), including
building foundation• Procurement and Construction of Fueling Station (2 – 1,000 gal above ground storage tanks),
including foundation, secondary containment and canopy structure• Procurement and Construction of Trucker Waiting Station (approx. 625 sf), including building
foundation• Procurement and Construction of all associated Electrical, HVAC, Potable Water, Sanitary
Waste Water and Stormwater Drainage Systems for each building• Limited paving and other utilities infrastructure around perimeter of each building• All interior furnishings and equipment will be procured and installed by ASPA/AMIT; close
coordination with both ASPA and AMIT will be required to ensure all building design is fit for purpose
