HEENT: pink conjunctiva, anicteric sclera, no engorged neck vein, no thyroid gland

enlargement, CLN & SCLN impalpableBreasts: no nipple retraction, no abnormal dischargeHeart : no active precordium, PMI at 5th ICS-MCL, no

heaving, no thrill, normal S1S2, no murmursLungs : normal breath sound, no adventitious sound

• Abdomen – FH 3/4 above umbilicus – Presentation : vertex presentation, OL, head float– No uterine contraction– FHS 144 bpm

• Extremities : pitting edema 2+, no petechiae , no ecchymosis

• Neuro sogns : alert, pupil 2 mm RTLBE, motor gr.V reflex 2+all
