together schedule and paperwork for the panel/Manager Phone screen applicants (Develop list of competency-based

questions). HR team makes offer to selected candidate. If Agrees start date

and starting salary (with support from HR team on flexible starting salaries etc)

HR team forwards paper to Agency for processing. HR Team will arrange for his arrival in KSA. Relevant Manager notifies HR Team about the successful

candidate joining date
