TQM KEY ELEMENTS
- HOW OB BEHAVIOR AFFECTS ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE
Why Do Extrinsic Rewards Too Often Fail to Motivate? Too much emphasis on monetary rewards. Rewards lack an “appreciation effect.” Extensive benefits become entitlements. Counterproductive behavior is rewarded. Too long a delay between performance and
rewards. Too many one-size-fits-all rewards

DREAM COMPANY
Core values Set all the system elements that satisfy local culture of the host
country and be in good terms with the global too.
Management models Autocratic to be strict in any delicate situation. Collegial which will be the main style while dealing with the
employees.
human and social capital We will approach the employees individually to check the human
capital and introduce them to each other so social capital will form between them.
If a employee does not do his job will manage him by collegial style, but if that does not work we would change into autocratic style.
DREAM COMPANY
Motivation We will do a fast feedback every month and do the employee of the
month prize with extrinsic, intrinsic sub-prizes for excellent performance.
Main motivation is the psychological and it is called recognition. As simple as that to make the employee feel that his/her efforts makes a difference and that what matters the most.
Promotion is another good example of motivation and whomever been promoted should fulfill the core values of the company.
Growth Before any growth in real life we will conduct E-business as a start of
our expansion. We focus on maintain the base of the company even if the company
goes global.
DREAM COMPANY
Social responsibility (CSR) Global responsibility Stakeholder requirement Host country rules and regulations Human responsibility
