Cold War Developmentof Scalar Interferometry

Extract: Chapter 1 pages 1-2 + 1st Slide from page73Prior to 1990, the weather over

North America was being steadilyengineered by the KGB - particularlybeginning on July 4, 1976 - usinggiant strategic scalar interferometerson site in Russia {i, ii, iii, iv}. From thebeginning of the development pro-gram which started shortly after WWII, the KGB personally controlled thedevelopment of startling new Russianweapons under the Soviet energeticsprogram {v, vi, vii}. That program wasfor the research and eventual

development of highly advanced newsuperweapons more powerful thanthe atomic bomb.

The new superweapons weredeveloped, produced, manned, andoperated by the KGB itself, and werenever placed in the hands of theregular Russian armed forces. Speak-ing to the Presidium in 1960,Khrushchev referred to the forthcom-ing scalar interferometer weaponswith the following statement:

“We have a new weapon - justwithin the portfolio of our scien-tists, so to speak - so powerful that,if unrestrainedly use, it couldwipe out all life on earth.”

The large Soviet strategic scalar inter-ferometers were deployed and be-came operational in April 1963 - abit too late for use by Khrushchev tocounter the U.S. confrontation in theCuban Missile Crisis of latter 1962.However, the first operational weaponwas used to destroy the U.S.S.Thresher nuclear submarine while onunderwater maneuvers off the EastCoast of the United States, in April1963. Thereby Khrushchev demon-strated the power of his new weap-ons over nuclear submarines - one ofthe major three elements of thestrategic military nuclear firepower ofthe United States. Extension to theother two elements intercontinentalballistic missiles (ICBMs) and strate-gic bombers - was obvious.

Incidents Where OutsideIntervention Saved the United

StatesMany dramatic but largely unherald-ed incidents occurred during theso-called “Cold War”. For example,in the 1970s a small nation saved theUnited States from total destructionby Soviet nuclear weapons whichhad been inserted in our cities. Thatnation did it very simply: they like-wise inserted an appreciable numberof nuclear weapons of their own,some thermonuclear, inside Russiaitself, in its population centers and itsprimary target zones.

All these inserted nuclearweapons - both in the United Statesand in Russia are still there with theiractivation teams, waiting. In suchmanner was the “balance of terror” -the Mutual Assured Destruction orMAD doctrine - really implementedand enforced vis it vis the SovietUnion. At the time this approach todeterrence was called “Dead ManFuzing”.

In April 1986 a private littleU.S.’group intervened to prevent aforthcoming giant earthquake thatwas being built up for the greaterLos Angeles and San Francisco areasby the KGB scalar interferometers.Via a special electronic device, thegroup suddenly destroyed one of thedistant Soviet scalar interferometertransmitters thereby initiating thenearby Chemobyl nuclear incidentbut preventing the loss of perhaps200,000 U.S. lives in Los Angeles andSan Francisco, together with prevent-ing terrible destruction and economicdamage.

Also in 1986, the same friendlylittle nation again prevented our stra-tegic destruction by even more pow-erful energetics weapons developedby the Soviet Union. As early as 1984,the FRIENDLY NATION* (cf p.4) sim-ply began exploding very large Rus-sian missile ammunition storage sites,to warn the Soviet Union of what wasin store for it, if it attacked.

In 1997, again the U.S. wouldhave been utterly destroyed on twooccasions had it not been for thesame LITTLE NATION* (cf p.4). Sev-eral professional colleagues and Iplayed a desperate role in both ofthose frighteningly real incidents,which were never reported in thenews media. Indeed, our own intelli-gence agencies had no inkling that afull strategic Soviet superweapon at-tack to destroy the United States wasimminent on each of the occasions(the second of which would have oc-curred on May 1, 1997) {viii}. The MayDay attack for 1997 would have beenthe “big one”, had the Federal Secu-rity Service (FSB/KGB) not beencheckmated by “an offer it could notrefuse” - delivered once again by thefriendly nation. During those criticalperiods when every hour on theclock seemed a week in length, thehostile armada that would have struckus included the Japanese Yakuza andAum Shinrikyo teams on site inRussia, operating leased KGBIFSB stra-tegic scalar interferometers againstthe U.S.
