I can see that some projects are In Trouble but, to clarify exactly what this is showing, I’ll look at the information tab

Here is a definition – each project’s overall

performance is being shown in the graph ..

I can see some are In Trouble, but what about those At Risk and On

Track?

I’ve switched on those data series, so I can now see a clear

picture of status of the seven projects in my programme. Which three are In Trouble?

By comparing projects, I can see that its projects 16, 18 and

20 that are In Trouble. I’m going to drill into 16 first …

Something has gone astray recently – I’ll make a note to

review the latest progress report. Is this poor progress having an

impact on other parts of the organisation?

Here I can see the relationships between different key measures.

Programme Risk, a possible cause of poor progress, is

showing red …

This is a simple measure of the number of risks – there seem to be a lot, but is it a particular type

that is causing problems?

Here we see the key risk areas – I wonder if these are causing

delays in programme progress? I need to view the exposure from

these risks …

Here are the liklihood and impact of the risks in the programme –

they seem to be reducing in February, but what is the spread

across projects?

Here I can see the projects that are carrying the most weighted

risk – project 21.

Here I can see the risk type that has the highest weighting –corporate systems. I must

progress the move to a single integrated environment
