Compliance means, “All” CDL physical examinations for medical certification will have to be performed by a Registered Certified Medical Examiner as of May 2014 and thereafter. If during the examination you are suspected of having sleep apnea and subsequently test positive for sleep apnea you must comply with treatment and reporting of treatment to retain your CDL license.
