Student• A lot of what makes up my Occupational Identity is being a

student majority of this is studying.

Becoming an Occupational Therapist• I am a student to become an Occupational Therapist, which I

am passionate about and is what I will put majority of my time in in the future

• Along with studying, a part of being a student (especially in Dunedin) is socialising and making new friends. This engages me into new occupations and create new purposeful occupations

Being a little sister• I spend a lot of my time

when I am home with my big brother which takes up a lot of my occupations that I engage in and it helped me build my own occupational identity, and being satisfied with the occupations I engage in. Because we enjoy each others company we engage in occupations we both enjoy.

Travelling• Travelling is an occupation I engage in A LOT, and enjoy it the

most out of anything. It is part of my occupational identity as it involves, friends, going places I enjoy, and engaging in occupations I love such as learning new things, and socialising.

Painting• In my spare

time I Paint, making me use my creative side. I enjoy is very much and can paint for hours a day.

Drawing• I occupy a lot of my time with drawing and scribbling in books,

it is helpful for relaxing and concentration.

Baking• A lot of what I enjoy is creating food for others to enjoy as it

fuels me with satisfaction and motivation to engage in it.

Being a Pet Owner• Being an owner of a puppy involves a lot of time and effort to

cater for their needs suchas walking them and playing catch with them.They occupy a lot of myspare time (when I am home) and gives me a lot of satisfaction in being their owner.

Learning: Reading scientific magazines• By reading scientific magazines such as New Scientist helps me

take my mind of assignments but still allows me to read something educational. Learning is key in my occupational identity
