Types The Quinn Slieve Vertical Panel radiator is available in type 10 and 20 without grille and 20 with grille and midconnection.

Pa int Quinn uses a painting procedure that is used in the automotive industry. All Quinn radiators have been fully treated against rust.

Firstly, they are degreased. Then a water-based electrophoretic base coat is applied . After this, the radiators are powder coated with an epoxy polyester powder.

The total paint coat thickness is 60 micron minimum. This painting procedure protects the radiators against rust, damage and scratching .

Colour Our standard final coat is a 60% gloss finish RAL 9016 (white). We also have a range of RAL and BS colours, available on request.

Heat outputs The heat outputs from the Quinn Slieve Vertical Panel radiator vary between 559W and 3156W basedat t.TSO (75/65/20°C), depending on the size.

Heights The Quinn Slieve Vertical Panel radiator is available in heights from 1600mm to 2200mm inclusive.

Length The Quinn Slieve Vertical Panel radiator is available in lengths from 288mm to 868mm inclusive.

Dimensional toleranee All dimensions conform to EN 442-1 .

Materia Is

Quinn Slieve Vertical Panel radiators are made of high quality mild steel tubes with a size of 70mm by 11mm, with a space of 2,5mm in between the plates . The thickness of the steel is 1,5mm.

Working pressure All radiators are pressure tested to 5,2 bar and are suitable fora working pressure up to 4 bar. The maximum water temperature is 90°C (according to the EN 442-2 stan­dard).

Conneetiens All radiators are supplied with 4 x W' BSP connections (1-8) or 6 x W' BSP connections (1MM8 for Type 20 WMC6KD).

Paekaging In order to avoid any damage during transportand sto­rage, all sides of each radiator are protected with card­board .

The packaging contains a complete assembly kit, which ensures an easy and quick installation.

This kit contains: - Galvanised metal brackets and plastic inlays; - Plug and vent.

Warranty Quinn Sensa radiators are manufactured to comply with ISO 9001 . 10 Year guarantee with all radiators. Heat outputs have been independently tested and comply with EN 442 at t.TSO (75/65/20.C).

Notiee Please ensure that the wall and fixings used are able to support the weight of the radiator, if in doubt seek advice from a qualified professional i.e. Engineer or Architect. Alternative load bearing feet are available on request.
