Can I Participate in Both? The short answer is yes, you can

participate in both education salary credit and tuition reimbursement in the same year

You can not use the same course for both options

For example: you take 6 classes per year. You max out on tuition reimbursement after 2 classes, the next 4 classes can be submitted for salary credit
