Who we areThe Strategic Leadership forum is a community of leading cross-functional and cross-industry professionals in Canada focusing on business strategy and leadership.
We are a not-for-profit member-driven association that provides a forum for current and future leaders to debate, dialogue, learn and network. Our members develop, lead and facilitate strategy, change and execution for the sustainable success of their organizations. We have a proud history of nearly 50 years.

What we doMore than ten events a season in five distinct interactive forums:
1. RESEARCH BRIEFING ‘Did you know…?’ Research and white papers on latest issues and trends
2. THOUGHT LEADERSHIP ‘From the Chief’s Chair’ Leaders presenting real-world examples of innovative, actionable strategy insights and business practices applicable to your environment
3. COUNCILS/ROUND TABLES - ‘Up Close and Personal’ Member-only special interest groups
a) Human Capital Council – a dynamic member-only group that meets periodically to exchange knowledge, experience and emerging trends in the areas of leadership, OD and all aspects of managing human capital in organizations.
b) Social Sector Council - a new council that explores and engages non-profit and government sectors for candid dialogue and a deep dive in issues of strategy, innovation, execution and leadership.
c) Global Strategy Roundtable - this season!

4. SOCIAL MEDIA GROUP ‘Virtual Voice’ A dynamic online group that has grown from 100 participants to over 700 within months!
