Our staff: teachers, para- professional, support personnel, managerial – all do a great job leading to a positive school climate. I want to thank all of our school employees for their contributions toward making Adrian ‘the place to be’ for students. Senior project is underway at the high school. I am personally advising a stu- dent, Rebecca Levenseller, who has been impressive with her commitment to the pro- gram. She is detail oriented and seeks perfection in all that she does. I believe she typifies the senior work ethic that we see every year. Comments from employers at job shadows offer insight into our students and supports our belief that this program is outstanding. Geary Johnson does a great job directing senior project and total support from the staff makes it work. The level and magnitude of all the work is evident at ‘Senior Boards’ in the spring. Small schools like Adrian develop students who are ready for the world be- yond their local community. Adrian produces students who: know how to work, are good citizens, and likely to have positive im- pacts on our country. I am proud to be a part of this “Adrianism’. If you are not serving, you are not leading. Just a reminder, these grades represent a progress report and do not appear on final transcripts.
