Campaign against Plastic usage is in action day-in day-out at all of our plants hence
this month we have taken pledge to avoid plastic in our daily routine to support
environment for better tomorrow for us & next generation.
Teasers & emailers are also in circulation on ‘Frequently asked questions’ i.e. FAQ’s
in English & local language as a part of employee education against plastic, its
extensive usage in current practice & related damages to world environment,
expected actions of responsible citizens & society etc.
We have already decided to adopt alternatives for currently in-use plastic items. We
also lined-up various value adding points which will be part of implementation plan in
near future & those are like Awareness Sessions for all employees, Poster
Competition, Slogan Competition, Spreading organisation’s stand against plastic on
Social Media, Do’s & Don’ts Displays, Special Competition on Plastic Elimination &
identification of alternatives for it - Kaizen, Pledge for ‘No Plastics’ & so on.

With a environment friendly approach, we have planted
240 trees on the road divider starting from OASIS
CROSS to WALUJ POLICE STATION.
It is a distance of more than 2 KMs. This plantation is
performed by our employees.
This initiative has completely changed the aura of this
particular area & spreading limitless positivity with
promotional slogans & posters about environmental
awareness, its protection & conservation.
With this initiative
this year we wished
& insisted everyone
to celebrate green &
environment friendly
DIWALI.
We know, we are performing responsible part in this
initiative of ‘Green, Clean & Plastic free’ City & we will
continue our best efforts towards it !!

Prevention of Sexual Harassment
POSH means Prevention Of Sexual
Harassment at work place.
It is supported by an Act to provide
protection against sexual harassment at
workplace and for the Prevention and
Redressal of complaints of sexual
harassment and for matters connected
there with or incidental there to.
The steering committee is addressed
and guided by Dr Jyoti Dashrathi
Madam & Dr. Smita Awachar Madam
In line with Law framework for POSH, we
have Vishakha Committee at
Organization Level i.e. Steering
Committee & Plant Level Committees as
well. Steering Committee supervises all
the Plant committees for assurance of
safe working environment.
All Plant Committees has our standard
checklist for monthly Audits to keep
POSH objectives on priority.
POSH talks about :
A) Gender equality as per Article 14 of
the Constitution of India.
B) The right to life and live with
dignity under Article 21 of the
Constitution &
C) A right to a safe environment
free from sexual harassment.

RUN & WALK FOR DEMOCRACY
To create an awareness among the eligible voters for State Assembly Elections, the District
Collector office & Police Department has organized a Run and Walk for Democracy marathon
in Aurangabad on 12th October 2019.
According to the district administration ‘ This Democracy Marathon has been organized to
sensitive voters & increase the percentage of voting. It was arranged in between on road from
Kranti Chowk to Mahavir Chowk.
We as a responsible employer has been participated in this initiative. Our employees are
appreciated with Certificates & Medals for their participation in this Run.

NIPM - ACTIVE PARTICIPATION AWARD
Mr. Sanjay Beedkar (Kapate) is an employee in
Human Capital Management Dept. at our Plant VII.
He is actively involved in social circuit on individual
& at company level too.
He was always been a reliable support for all
planned NIPM & Company programs.
Recently, Mr. Sanjay is felicitated by National
Institute of Personnel management, Aurangabad
Chapter for his active participation in NIPM activities.
SEALANT PROCESS AUDIT AT PLANT VII
Mr. Kumarsen Sarode from VW India has audited
Plant VII for sealant process audit of Water box
assembly on 12th Oct 2019 and the same is cleared
though common team efforts.
On account of successful clearance of sealant process
audit, we are moving ahead towards SOP of the
same.
Heartiest congratulations to all the team members!!

One of our contract worker at Plant I lost his pocket in the company and it was of
worth Rs.18000/-, post search he lost his hope on Diwali celebration but Mr.
Parbhakar T Surdkar accidently noticed this pocket & surprised with the
considerable amount in it. He realized that it must be one of our collogue & he may
have to suffer in festive time because of this loss hence he has returned this pocket
to company authorities. We really appreciate Prabhakar’s honesty & salute his
sense of belongingness towards coworkers!
Mr. Parbhakar T Surdkar is felicitated by his departmental authorities (i.e. Mr.
Prashant Patil & Mr. Deepak Suryavanshi ) & management team too.

ROBOT PROGRAMMER MR. PRADUM GIRAM
We are happy to inform you all that Mr.
Pradumn Giram is qualified to “L1-Grade
Certified Robot Programmer” in MIG welding
category based on the course conducted by
M/s. OBARA India Ltd. On 26th to 29th Sep
2019, it was organised by Bajaj Auto Ltd.
PLANT IX CERTIFIED FOR ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Stage 1 &
certification Audit has been carried out By Mr.
Preetam Kulkarni & Mr. Praveen Saljoshi from
The British Standards Institution i.e. BSI in
between 21st to 23rd October 2019 at REPL
Plant IX and the same is cleared though
common team efforts.
As we have successfully cleared this Audit &
this plant is recommended for further
certifications too.
Congratulations to every members who was
part of this Audit !
This exam was conducted for 42 participants & only 21 individuals are qualified. Mr.
Pradum were part of this team of newly qualified 21 Robot Programmers.
Looking for many more qualifications in near future from our employees!

EFFECTIVE PARENTINGAs we know in busy life, all we need to take
care of our children's but on the other part
we never want to miss what our child is
doing right thigs or wrong??
To justify and release child to explore their
skills in a right way, what need to be done
for the same we have arranged a
awareness session by Miss. Resham
Bamb madam at REPL-VI.
As we know in busy life, all we need quick
stress burster, which helps for team building,
health awareness, knowledge gain, and
much more.
In Plant IV & VII Magic Saturday was
celebrated on last two Saturday of Oct
month.
In this event most of employee are
participated for the games which was
conducted and winners were announced.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ISO 50001: 2018
A beneficial presentation is taken by Lead Energy
Auditor Mr. Jayant Shiralkar from BSI for the top
management in order to derive maximum benefits
on Energy saving front.
Details of EnMS - ISO 50001:2018 along with its
benefits were discussed post his presentation.
Ruchaite’s, Its time for us to tighten our belts on
preparing ourselves for Energy certification too i.e.
‘EnMS - ISO 50001: 2018.
Wellness sessions organised at our end at
various plants for better health purpose.
This session was conducted by Mr. Apte at
Plant VI.
This team give various suggestions on
headily health tips & started treatment for
interested employees on discounted rates.
Employees were benefited with
considerable outcomes for heir healthy
work-life.
