Available in the familiar 403, 506 and 511 size format the design comes with a streamlined aluminium body and a host of intelligent new features. These include the ability to open the rear of the horsebox as both a ramp and a side-hinged door, and the option to open the front windows fully, or just a little.

The sides, floor and ramps of the HBX range are manufactured entirely from aluminium planking. This lightweight structure provides clean modern lines, making the horsebox easy to tow without compromising on strength. The sides and ramps are all anodised to give a smooth and sophisticated finish which is easy to maintain.

We are pleased to announce our new Paint & Body Shop is open and in business. The new building has been purpose built on a new site next door to our Ripon branch on Dallamires Lane, Ripon. This new 21,000 square foot building houses the very latest in tools and equipment required to tackle any paint and body task for any vehicle all the way up to Combine or HGV size. We’re still awaiting signage and a couple of finishing touches but we wanted to take this opportunity to introduce our latest investment for the company.

The new building is an approved repair centre for a number of different manufactures including Jaguar, Land Rover, Mitsubishi, Suzuki and Volvo with more manufacturer approvals in the pipeline. In addition we are approved repairers for the NFU and Esure Prestige insurers and are currently negotiating with other insurance companies. Our 26 full time employees will be responsible for private retail work, warranty/ insurance repair, agricultural repair/ reconditioning and the upkeep of our 210 company vehicles and HGV’s.

In terms of its capabilities, we have 2 commercial ovens which are suitable for everything from cars to HGV’s and agricultural vehicles. We also have 3 standard high flow booths and all are serviced by state of the art efficient ventilation systems to ensure a contaminate free bake every time.

We have a large selection of paint and modern paint mixing capabilities as well as new spray guns and equipment also.

There is a multi-material repair facility for Aluminium bodies as well as other materials which need to be kept isolated and contaminate free. In addition there are 3 new full body jigs, new lifts and plenty of other new pieces of equipment guaranteeing the best quality repairs possible for our customers. Looking to the future, the site is also fully prepared for electric vehicles with charging capabilities built in as well.

We are currently still looking to expand our team at Ripon Paint and Body to cope with the increase in number of vehicle repairs we are now able to carry out.We have several vacancies currently available. very successful evening.
