    East Side Elementary Cross Country Results Te 4th, 5th and 6th graders competed in theirannual cross country run on Friday afernoon inCentennial Park.     It is that time o year again when Friends O TePioneer Museum ask you or your help in getting outthe annual mailing. On Saturday, October 11th volunteers will beginstuffing envelopes at 8:00 A.M. at the VFW. For us this isour major und raiser o the year. However, it is not theonly time you can help us out financially. Any time youwant to make a donation as a memorial or an outrightgif to our efforts you may do so. In act, we encourage

    it and welcome it. Or i you want to take part in yoursupport has helped us make many improvements overthe years at the Pioneer Museum.

    Our main objective now is to erect a building onthe lot across the street to house the Agricultural andRailroad artia cts that we have. Te two areas o thedevelopment o our area are the basics that made ValleyCounty what it is today. Tose artiacts need to beprotected rom the elements in order to preserve themand right now we are in no position to do so. We areworking towards that goal and are getting closer toenacting the plan we have to raise the majority o theunds necessary to do just that. When you get yourmailing please check it and read it so you can knowwhat our goal is.

    And i at all possible come help. You will have agood time visiting with riends and neighbors. We willalso have some very good rereshments to serve. Welook orward to seeing you. ~ Friends of the Pioneer Museum

    Te Northeast Montana Childrens Museumsnewest exhibit, the World Wildlife Experience, is not yetcomplete, however is set to open to the public in January. Due to numerous requests, they have decidedto offer a select number o guided tours through thisexhibit given by Skip Erickson himsel to help raiseunds to support this exhibit. Tere are a limitednumber o individuals allowed or each tour so sign-ups

    are necessary. ours will be $10 per person and childrenare ree.
