Class booking policies:

1) All members must book 1 day in advance for any class. 2) We

cannot allow block booking in advance as we want to make classes

available to all members. 3) Any member booking classes can only

book with full payment.

The Spinathon which took place on September 10th in M.Ugym was a brilliant

success.

Joe Wade organised the Spinathon in aid of Irish Cancer Society and raised

€1140 on the day.

Joe is also taking part in the Trek of China this October, Good luck Joe from all

of us from M.Ugym.

New Course

Yoga will be starting this October.

One weekday morning a week - day and time to be announced. Please keep an eye out for posters around the

gym for this information.

Halloween

Each year we put on a fancy dress spin class on Halloween. Halloween falls on Bank Holiday Monday this year so it will

be even better

This year the class will be free for everyone who dresses up and prizes will be given on the day. If the class is full, the

best dressed will win 1 months free membership.

Only people who dress up will be allowed into the class. So make sure to sign up at reception from 24th October to get a place.
