Sealed quotations are invited from intending AG Odisha empanelled Chartered Accountant

firms for conduct of Internal Audit of VDCs/VLSCs, FNGOs and the office of the under signed for the

financial year 2015-16. The sealed quotation should reach to the office of under signed on/before

11PM on dt: 31.08.2015 through speed post/registered post only and it will be opened on the same

date at 4:00PM before the procurement committee in presence of the quotationer. The model term of

reference for Internal Auditor and Terms and conditions available in the Kalahandi district website i.e.

www.kalahandi.nic.in. The under signed reserve the right to cancel any/ all the quotation without

assigning any reason thereof.

Terms and Conditions

1. The rate should be quoted against the VDCs,FNGOs and ITDA(OTELP) inclusive all Tax and all charges in the attached format in Annexure "A". The Nos of VDCs/VLSCs,FNGOs and ITDA mentioned in the Annexure "B" 2. The self-attested photo copy of the valid PAN card, service tax registration certificate and certificate of AG Odisha empanelment of the firm should be attached. 3. The audit should be made on quarterly basis in all level i.e VDCs/VLSCs level, FNGO level and ITDA level and report should be submitted by 20th of subsequent month. 4. The payment will be made on half yearly basis through A/C payee cheques within l5 days from the submission of the bill subject to timely completion of audit and submission of report. 5. The auditor should conduct at least 30% to 40% physical verification of the activity taken up in addition to the model term of reference. 6. The quotation should be in close cover and the envelop should be superscribed by the "Quotation Call for lnternal Audit for 2O15-16 not to be open".
